Lead Administrator / PA to the Directors
Growing property and construction consultancy require a confident and self-motivated individual to fulfil this important position. Currently located in Hanham we are a firm of around 15 construction professionals shortly due to relocate to much larger self-contained offices in Almondsbury (Bradley Stoke).
As Lead Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating the administration on behalf of a group of surveyors and architectural technicians. This will include arranging their appointments, receiving dictation for typing by others, checking work and overseeing a small team of administrators and external typists.
In addition, the role will include acting as PA to the two company Directors. This will include extended duties such as marketing and sales support, high level admin and certain office management tasks.
Our company is expanding fast and we need a confident and driven individual that is not afraid of change. You will need to pick up tasks quickly and have the ability to pass skills and experience onto others easily. You will need a good sense of humour and the ability to communicate with colleagues, clients and members of the public. You will be based in the heart of our vibrant new offices in a leading business park.
The role carries a lot of client facing duties so you will speak well and know how to exercise diplomacy and discretion when required.
Sector experience is beneficial but not essential.
Similarly, the role will include some typing but this is mainly done by others so no Pitman etc required.
