Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this fast paced and rapidly expanding business based in Gloucester to find such a talent!

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Recruiter to support the recruitment of sales staff into the business across the UK and EMEA. This team is small, fast paced, friendly and high achieving - they're looking for another amazing teammate to come on board and help with their continued success!

You will act as a true business partner, determining hiring needs and candidate attraction strategies across EMEA, specifically;

• Handling direct hire campaigns within tight timelines and costs
• Managing candidates and stakeholders from application to induction, ensuring a professional service, with timely follow-up and follow-through for all parties
• Pre-screening and testing candidates and, coordinating interview schedules for managers, relevant team members and panel interviews - coaching managers were needed
• Achieving SLA's on time and cost to hire as well as retention and various others service agreements
• Creating candidate pipelines by talent pooling, networking, attending events and identifying staff development strategies
• Identifying and staying up-to-date with the best and most suitable job boards, whilst managing social media recruitment activity (LinkedIN, Twitter etc)
• Administering the company's applicant tracking system
• Creating and updating job descriptions
• Providing weekly KPI reporting and recruitment updates to the Head of HR and various Stakeholders

This role will suit someone making their first move inhouse from agency, or an experienced inhouse / RPO consultant, as long as you have a strong understanding of recruitment in to sales positions (at all levels) and can handle the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.

You will be bright / well educated, with the ability to create and maintain strong working relationships both internally and with third parties, together with a good sense of humour and an outgoing personality!
