Paralegal - Litigation
Talented Litigation Paralegal is sought for a full-service Lexcel accredited practice in the Beckenham area.
The Role
Our client is now seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist a solicitor who has broad experience of contentious law and specialises in company and commercial work. The role would suit an experienced paralegal or a NQ solicitor who is looking to gain experience and the opportunity to progress to a fee-earning role. Duties will be varied and may include:
- Dealing with cases from initial instruction to trial and billing.
- Liaising with clients and counsel.
- Attending court hearings.
- Drafting documents.
- Preparing trial bundles.

The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from experienced Litigation Paralegals or NQ solicitors.
- Ideally you should have experience as a paralegal or have completed the LPC.
- Previous experience of litigation matters would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
- The successful candidate should be highly organised and able towards tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written are verbal, are essential.
