Our Public Sector client based in Kings Lynn is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary basis. You will need to be reliable and flexible as late evenings may be required up to 9pm (with a later start). The rate of pay is £7 an hour.
Duties and responsibilities will include but will not be restricted to:
Providing Reception duties ensuring visitors are dealt with professionally and efficiently and ensuring security procedures are maintained.
Receive all visitors to the office and maintain Reception Diary.
To act as first line telephonist for all general calls to the building
Deal promptly with queries and relay messages to appropriate recipient.
Access database for information and input information as and when required.
Undertake word processing and photocopying duties as required.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Record and dispatch outgoing mail.
Maintaining diary system to book meeting rooms.
The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator both verbal and written and will be able to handle sensitive and confidential data in a professional manner.
You will be required to have previous experience in a similar role.
The rate of pay is £7 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
