PRODUCTION STAFF MANAGER

A luxury car manufacturer, producing Aston Martin cars, is looking for a dedicated and trustworthy Production Staff Manager.  

The successful candidate must be able to develop a close and productive working relationship with the current management team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As the Production Staff Manager you will be responsible for managing and supporting the hardworking production team.

Your duties will involve:

• Assisting during the recruitment and induction process
• Monitoring the progress and behaviour of employees
• Establishing and resolving work issues

The Manager will also need to undertake general admin tasks of keeping weekly time records, invoicing, training and holiday records.
