Language Courses Executive

Our client is looking for a Language Courses Executive to support the delivery of their evening language courses and provide exceptional customer service to their 6,000+ students a year, learning over 20 languages in 11 centres across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to their interesting and diverse language students across the UK, managing incoming enquiries by phone, email and admin systems
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the 11 language centres across the UK, making face to face visits when necessary
• Support the Language Courses Manager with the course offering, course bookings, group numbers, centre capacity and other logistical aspects of the course delivery
• Help monitor and manage all student feedback, providing resolutions and solutions to exceed customer satisfaction
• Guide, support, train, monitor and develop language course assistants in the team by sharing knowledge and providing a mentoring role
• Provide 4 hr turnaround time for all customer enquiries, course related questions, and feedback, focussing on best case practice.
• Perform course health checks and website audits when necessary
• Liaise with the Marketing Team regarding promotions, discounts and offers

Person specification:

• Passion for travel, learning and languages
• Confident communicator with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent people, organisational and time management skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Education sector knowledge and team leader experience desirable, but not essential
• Proven experience of working to deadlines whilst maintaining efficiency
• IT literate (Excel, Outlook etc) Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines and stay calm
• Excellent spoken & written English (Level C2 in the case of non-native speakers)
• Fluency in at least 1 of the following languages is desirable: Spanish, French, Italian, German
