UX Designer

The stuff you already have:

- Proven background in user experience design and research (across mobile, websites and more) in a digital agency environment.

- Previous roles may have included aspects of user experience design, user research, prototype and/or wireframe creation, creation of user stories, user journey mapping.

Let's talk about the day job:

- You will be an active team member in our projects, helping us to deliver world-class user experiences
- You'll run workshops and work collaboratively with project managers, clients, designers and developers
- You'll prepare documentation that allows our teams to understand the information architecture, personas and user journeys relating to complex systems
- You'll carry out and apply real-world user research, including presenting back findings to help inform the design process
- You'll create wireframes and/or prototypes using Sketch, Flinto, Adobe XD, for websites and apps
- You'll test and feedback on usability and user interactions, always keeping an eye on the end goal of the project, the quality of the output and ensuring we're continuously optimising our work.
