They have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to take a lead role in sourcing and managing all aspects of bidding for new business in conjunction with the Heads of Operations and Development and Community Solutions through tender completions. As Business Development Manager you will report to the Director of Operations and Development and oversee all business development functions and develop, enhance and maintain structures and systems within the business development function, developing the function to meet organisational needs.

A key aspect of the role will be to support Heads of Operations and Development and Operations and Development Managers with their requirements for business development outside of tender submissions, including grant funding bids, added value opportunities and developing market business analysis for each region and location.

Their ideal candidate will have previous experience of successful business development and growth and experience of writing and winning tenders/bids for public sector buyers. Knowledge of current theory and practice in providing person-centred services to individuals with disabilities is essential. This role requires you to attend meetings across the organisation that may involve travel and occasional overnight stays with the flexibility to work from home.
