We are currently recruiting for a Children and Young Persons Team Leader / Deputy Manager for either the Finedon area of Northamptonshire or Wellingborough of Northamptonshire area. This is a permanent and full time role working within a 2 bedded Learning Disability childrens home.

About the employer;

This employer is a small 1 service organisation who is now looking to open their 2nd home. The company is owned via an Ex Registered Childrens Manager and a Social Worker.

About the job;

This role will either support the current Registered Manager in Wellingborough or the new Registered Manager in Finedon.

About the ideal candidate;

You will have sound experience working within a childrens home for children with Learning Disabilities aged between 8 - 17, you will hold a NVQ 3 in Children and Young People or similar and will be a driver.

A salary of £21,000 will be paid for a full time and permanent role.
