Temporary contract until 31st March 2019 with possible extension subject to funding and service redesign.
Providing high quality support, advice and information for homeless young people, the successful candidate will need to have relevant experience of supporting vulnerable young people as well as possessing patience and resilience. We are looking for candidates with a positive "can do" attitude, who are able to demonstrate experience of developing effective working relationships with a range of clients and staff. You will have the ability to communicate effectively across settings and to work as part of a team. You will need to be an effective problem solver and be able to work on your own initiative with a caseload of up to 10-12 young people. Candidates will need to work flexibly demonstrating experience of working in a young person centred environment.
