Insight is an Early Intervention Service, delivered jointly with Livewell Southwest, for individuals aged 18+ experiencing early psychosis.
Ideally we are looking for applicants with proven experience of proactive care co-ordination of individuals with severe mental health problems, many with complex and multiple needs, or those at risk of developing a mental state (ARMS).
Your professional background may be Mental Health, Health Professional, Social Work, Youth and Community Work, or a related field.
This role includes an element of providing ‘out of hours’ on call telephone support on a rotational basis.
