Joining our team of Consultants who place candidates into temporary opportunities, you will be responsible for attracting, interviewing and placing candidates into temporary roles, managing existing clients and generating new clients where you can place your candidates into work. You will be out visiting your customers and gaining a detailed understanding of their requirements, and providing outstanding customer service to clients and candidates alike. You will work towards agreed daily/weekly and monthly activity and GP targets, and be managing candidates through a robust compliance process.

We're looking for the right candidate, one who thrives on working within a fast-paced sales environment, who is a very organised and focused individual with drive, passion and determination to get the job done. A positive and can-do attitude is key to success. You will be resilient, and have persuasive skills to get your candidates out to work. Excellent customer service and communication skills will be essential.
