ECL needs experienced and high performing Project Managers to help drive through change, and see that vital investment in our services is targeted to where it is most effective.
ECL works with local authorities and health partners to deliver a broad range of services aimed at wellbeing, prevention and maximising independence.
We are a growing and ambitious care and wellbeing company, providing vital services to vulnerable people throughout Essex and West Sussex.
The Role:
As a Project Manager, your role requires strong commercial awareness, independence and credibility when dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
The successful candidates will be expected to lead on complex projects and programmes, from business case production through to delivery completion. They will also need to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams, including working with colleagues and external stakeholders to identify and implement continuous improvements and sharing best practice across the whole company.
Our varied portfolio over the next 12 months includes programmes to transform Day Services, and to completely refresh our IT systems.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of delivering transformational change in a complex environment, as well as an ability to manage stakeholders from the leadership level of an organisation through to the front line.
A Project Management qualification such as Prince 2 or APMP / APMPQ is essential.
Some travel throughout Essex will be required.

Grade E - GBP30,000 - GBP42,500 per annum + 45p business mileage + benefits
