Legal Cashier - Temporary Contract
Leeds Based
Up to GBP23,000 (Depending on experience)

One of our legal clients is currently recruiting for a legal cashier to work on a temporary contract, ideally with an immediate start.
There is scope for the role this role to become full time in the future.
Experience within the role is essential.

Duties will include;
*Processing all receipts and payments accurately for both client and office accounts
*Administer petty cash
*Deal with Chaps Bacs and all Bankline transactions both in and out
*Deal with all aspects of client deposit accounts
*Daily and monthly Bank Reconciliations
*Month end and year end procedures including reporting to Partners
*Vat Returns
*Check and post bills and statements of account
*Deal with all aspects of office finances in accordance with the firms budget
*Deal with admin relating to office matters, compiling statistics and completing forms for approval of the partners
*Maintain the firm's record systems including opening new matters and archiving completed matters
*Manage the firm's cash flow and billing
