We are working with a beautiful converted barn nursery set in a stunning village location close to Haywards Heath. The nursery is medium sized nursery buzzing with energy, space, delightful children and a fun team.

They are looking for experienced practitioners / room leaders looking for a new colleague who want to take the next step up in their career and join them in providing leadership to either their toddler or preschool room.

As Team Leader you will help the nursery continue to build our strengths in investigation and exploration, while having fun and building great relationships with their colleagues.

Requirements:

• Level 3 relevant Early Years and Childcare qualification
• Experience working in a day care or similar relevant experience
• Commitment to personal career development
• Commitment to the Early Years sector
