We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Skills Coach with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2. You must have an Assessor qualification TAQA A1, will ideally hold a teaching qualification PTLLS/PGCE/Certificate in Education and will have a relevant level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.

The Assessor will be working with a caseload of learners at different stages of the qualification. A key part of the NVQ Assessor post will be to keep the learners motivated and on the course. You will need to upload all paperwork on to portals to ensure continuity in the learners progression and will be expected to attend monthly team meetings.

You will deliver training, assessment and quality assurance in line with the HCUK’s Training strategy for growth and high quality, maximising the opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment. Working with employers to identify learning needs and delivering training and assessment, you will review and monitor student progress whilst completing relevant documentation and recruiting students onto programmes through new business activity.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Health and Social Care at L3 and will have their own car.
