Our client is a social housing provider, owning and managing circa 3785 properties and providing services to over 5000 customers across Gloucestershire.

They’re currently looking for a highly customer focused individual to join their team as a Logistics  Administrator / Scheduler. This post provides a high quality, professional and agile reporting and scheduling service to internal and external customers.

Promoting a right first time approach, you’ll be the primary contact for operatives, suppliers and customers for all maintenance and servicing aspects. You’ll manage the scheduling of maintenance activities, ensuring that the productivity of operatives is maximised by using specific knowledge such as time required, core skills, geography and job priorities. You’ll provide general advice, guidance and practical make safe solutions for the maintenance services.

With previous experience working in logistics and a passion for excellent customer service, you’ll have well developed interpersonal and communication skills. It’s important that you have good IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and the skill set to learn new systems and prioritise your own workload.
