My client is seeking a HR Administrator to join their business to cover a period of annual leave. The main responsibilities of this role will be to cover all basic elements of HR and ensure the business runs smoothly in the 3 week period that the HR Manager is off.
To be successful within this role you will need to have worked within HR previously and be available to interview as of the 13th August.
Responsibilities Include
- Processing starters and leavers on the HR database
- Liaising with payroll, which runs Mon, Tue and Weds
- Managing training payments of all employees
- Issue written warnings
- Write and scan pension letters
- General HR advice and service
- Holiday approvals and requests logging on the system
- Collate timesheets and cross reference holiday and sickness
