S & L Personnel are a leading recruitment business with offices throughout the Midlands.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity to work with a logistics company based in Bardon, Coalville. In return for reliable workers our client are offering ongoing work in their modern fast paced packing facility.
Key duties and Responsibilities for this Packing and Production role:
-Packing items on a production line to a high level, assuring a high quality is kept.
-Hitting realistic targets within the clean room environment.
-Assisting with other daily tasks throughout the day if needed.
-An enthusiastic and motivated approach to work.
Experience & Qualities Required within the Packing and Production Warehouse:
-Previous experience in the a warehouse environment preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-Self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking
-Willingness and ability to learn quickly new skills and working practices?
The hours of work are 6.00am - 2.00pm and then 1.45pm - 9.45pm on a rotating basis.
GBP8.05 per hour for workers aged 18 and over.
Free onsite parking
Subsidised Modern Canteen
Overtime available with a great overtime pay rate.
