Business Analyst within finance

Business Analyst
Salary: GBP33k - GBP35k
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full time Mon-Fri 9am-5.30

I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a Business Analyst to support my client in the delivery of projects to achieve the company's goals and objectives. The role will be based out of their head office based in Brighton.

Responsibilities:

* Break down and map existing manual processes and systems
* Develop an extensive understanding of the business change needs
* Capturing, analysing and documenting the requirements
* Analyse working practices/processes to measure and report on potential efficiency savings
* Assisting with outlining the business cases for change
* Engage and work closely with stakeholders
* Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule
* Support delivery of projects with test scenarios
* Communicate with stakeholders to confirm any modifications to requirements
* Creating cross departmental workflows and process maps across all business functions

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Proven background within a Business Analyst role using relevant tools and techniques
* Awareness of the features of "Fintech" business and tropical issues
* Demonstrable experience in business process analysis and business process modelling
* Knowledge of CRM software such as "Salesforce"
* Ideally knowledge of accounting software such as "sage"
* Proven background of "agile project management methodology would be an advantage
* Great communication skills
