I am recruiting for a Junior Telesales Executive for a client of mine based in Birmingham City centre. This is an opportunity to start in a sales career where there is an uncapped bonus structure, very realistic first year on target earnings is £16000+. NO SALES EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

The Company
My client has been in business for over 30 years and are currently expanding nationally; they provide a large variety of maintenance products such as roof/floor repairs, adhesives, room fragrances etc to a wide range of companies in different industries, (anywhere with a maintenance need!) so your business opportunities will never end!

Job Purpose
This is a full 360 telesales executive position where excellent training will be provided. You will be cold calling prospective customers, selling the company`s products to them over the phone, closing the sales pitches and then account managing the client once you have won the business.

Working in a small team within a city centre office this position requires a very sociable person who is tenacious and likes building relationships over the phone. On average you will be making 100-120 calls a day resulting in around 10 business conversations; this is a target based role where the realistic expectation is that you will receive 12-16 orders per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Making on average 100-120 outbound telesales calls a day, having around 10 business conversations.
- Creating own sales plan, targeting customers you feel will benefit of the products on offer
- Closing sales negotiations and generating new business
- Account managing clients who have placed orders with you

Person specification:
- NO SALES EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!
- Tenacious, determined and self motivated
- Outgoing, sociable, friendly and professional
- Confident with excellent communication skills
- Able to speak to senior managers/decision makers
- Motivated by working to targets and being in control of your potential earnings

Salary and Benefits

- Up to £14250 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure, £10 for every order placed
- Option to earn an additional £500 bonus in first 3 months if 40 orders placed on top of normal commission
