(27 hours per week, 32 weeks per year)

Grade 4: Hourly rate £9.93 per hour


Do you have what it takes to create a fun, lively and welcoming venue for our students? Keele University seek to recruit a Supervisor to work across our Campus Bars. Set within the former Sneyd family estate the University’s beautiful grounds create a great working environment with a real sense of community.

You will have a passion for customer service as well as previous supervisory experience in a busy pub or bar environment. Experience of training and developing a team is essential. With responsibility for the day to day operation of one of our bars the role will be very hands-on with duties including; cash handing, ordering and receipting stock, managing staff rotas, organising and running events.

A good standard of numeracy and literacy are essential as well as a basic food hygiene certificate and licensing qualification. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to problem solve.

Please note this appointment is subject to medical clearance and on-going medical surveillance by the University Occupational Health provider.
