Temporary EA and Office Manager
We have just registered a fantastic temporary opportunity for an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our client based near Witney.
You will be providing executive support and assistance to the CEO and senior executives, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and helping out with HR administration.
This role will start ASAP and will be ongoing for a few months.
Temporary EA and Office Manager Responsibilities
As the Executive Assistant some of your main duties will include:
- Diary management
- Organising detailed travel arrangements/itineraries
- Organising Executive Board meetings
- Arranging company social events
- Being the first point of contact for the organisation
Temporary EA and Office Manager Requirements
You will have previous experience in a similar position and be well organised with excellent diary management. You will work well under pressure, be able to multitask and manage multiple projects at any one time. Excellent communication skills will be essential in this position.
Temporary EA and Office Manager Rewards
A competitive hourly rate is offered alongside holiday pay.
The Location
Based in West Oxfordshire, OX29, there is plenty of onsite parking available. You will be based in open and modern offices.
