Excellent opportunities have now arisen for three Income Collections Officer to join our team based in Enfield to be responsible for ensuring that maximum rental income is collected, striking a balance between early intervention and recovery action of debts owed. In addition, the post holder will provide welfare advice and work closely with external agencies as well as our tenants.

Working together within a team you will be required to negotiate realistic agreements to pay back rent arrears along with assisting with answering incoming telephone enquiries, taking ownership of the problem and ensuring a speedy response is given.

Candidates for this position will ideally hold experience in debt collection, have a knowledge of welfare reform and possess excellent negotiation skills. Working with figures daily, numerical skills are essential coupled with knowledge of current and former arrears recovery would be preferred. Previous computer experience and well-developed written communication skills are required.
