Brook Street are looking for a Membership Co-ordinator in Bradley Stoke.
My client is looking for a confident and reliable experienced administrator with a level of sales experience to join their team.
Key Duties will include-
New member enquiries, responsibility for all new membership enquiries received via website, email, telephone or colleagues.
New member set up, including taking payment and liaising with finance to raise invoices.
General membership administration, handle all member interactions in a professional manner.
Membership reporting in conjunction with membership colleague, submitting and preparing reports.
Target non-members who have attended AELP events/conferences/webinars to join
Attend exhibitions at AELP and third-party events/conferences.
Email and tele-marketing campaigns will be on-going annually
Achieve all personal targets as issued, these to include;
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting targets
Monthly new member target as defined by the director
Specific new member campaign activities as defined by the director
It is also expected that any follow-ups from exhibition attendance are completed within a reasonable time-frame to ensure leads are not lost
You must hold a full clean driving licence
Benefits include pension and 33 days holiday per year (incl of Bank Holidays) and an additional day per year worked (up to 3 days) can be added.
