INSURANCE ACCOUNT HANDLER/BROKER X2

Clark James Recruitment are working with a well-regarded Insurance Broker in Kent. Our clients based in Maidstone, are looking for the right candidate(s) to join their Commercial (Customer Service) department. Our client currently has 2 roles available:

Role 1: EXPERIENCED/SENIOR COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER

* Assisting other members of the team with technical queries

* Generating New Business (enterprise cases)

* Liaising with Account Executives to ensure a continuous and seamless service to clients

* Complex MTA's

* Daily handling of commercial insurance clients, including renewals, new business, and midterm adjustments

Candidate

* Knowledge of commercial insurance, minimum of 3-5 years

* Excellent communication skills

* Organised and hard-working

* Ability to work on own initiative

Role 2: TRAINEE COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER

* Vehicles Adjustments and Complex MTA's

* Daily caseloads in respect of incoming post enquiries and emails

* Maintaining Client and Customer Relations to increase retention

* Diary management on OpenGi

Candidate

* Knowledge of commercial or personal lines insurance, minimum of 1 year's insurance experience

* Knowledge of OpenGI is desirable

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work on own initiative
