Bid Administrator And Marketing Assistant
My client is looking for a Bid Administrator and Marketing Assistant to join their team. You will be working 80% as a Bid Administrator and 20% helping with the marketing.
The main part of your role will be to assist the Directors and Senior Staff as they bid for new contracts. Your duties will include:
- Compile/Coordinate Bids
- Regularly update staff CVs
- Regularly update Case Studies
- Regularly update Flickr
- Assist with updating Website content
- Keep the Bids Library up to date
- Create Power Point documents
- Assist the Marketing Manager with events when required
- Ability to produce both copy writing and content writing
The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the English language, marketing experience (ideally Indesign and graphic design) and proof reading experience.
