Courseware/Instructional Design Manager - Fareham

Due to a brand new contract win, we are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Training Courseware Design Manager working for the UK's largest support services organisation based in a new facility in Fareham, focusing on delivering high quality instructional design and courseware development for personnel serving with Naval forces.

• Responsible for quality and management of Courseware Design team's output
• Supporting Courseware production process, development and acceptance processes
• Responsibility for design and development consistency, checking processes and final output
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that the wider team work in an effective and collaborative manner
• Assisting the Courseware Development Manager using proven PM techniques including governance, scheduling, risk analysis and providing project plan reports and updates

Qualifications & Requirements

• Training Design Management and Delivery experience
• Proven track record in developing technology based design solutions (E-learning, multimedia, simulations)
• Excellent stakeholder management and team communication skills
• Maintains a proactive and enthusiastic approach
• Recent experience in managing training design and development
• Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental principles of Project Management
