Service Advisor
We are currently seeking an automotive service advisor. The ideal applicant will have experience of working within an automotive service department.
The role requires booking and raising of work orders with precise repair instructions for the technical workshop.
Main duties would include dealing with our highly valued customers. Therefore we require a confident, well presented individual with exceptional customer skills, both customer facing and over the telephone.
The candidate will be a team player, organised and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets. Be a good communicator with a good level of IT literacy.
