L4A Residential Lettings, Tameside’s leading independent Residential Lettings and Management provider, are offering a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Full Time Property Manager.

Experience in lettings would be a distinct advantage, although not essential to the correct candidate, as full training will be provided. However, a strong customer service background is desirable.
You will be required to:
. Maintain the high levels of service and quality standards set out by L4A.
. You will be responsible for managing your own diary for the most part to book periodic maintenance inspections with our tenants, compiling these reports at the property address using our state of the art software programmes to highlight maintenance issues, health and safety matters and tenant requests/comments. You will then liaise with our landlords regarding the completed reports and discuss their requirements in detail.
. Liaising with other members of the property management team, you will compile the check in inventory and condition reports for our properties, again using our state of the art software, checking them for accuracy, and preparing them for the commencement of the new tenancy.
. You will also compile the end of tenancy check out inventory, and schedule of dilapidations, highlighting any works required at the end of each tenancy.
. Have good team work and communication skills to assist the property management team with general administration and office tasks where required.
. Be able to work and be motivated by personal and branch targets.
. Able to work under your own organisation.
The Skills required for this role are:
. Good PC skills, able to produce accurate and well presented work.
. Strong personal organisation, high productivity, punctuality and efficiency.
. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Able to work under own initiative within guidelines, or to take instruction from a superior.
. A full clean driving license is essential.
. Available on Saturday’s as required between the hours of 10am – 4pm.
