Customer Service Executive
LTT Vending (part of the Montagu Group) are the leading providers of hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks vending machines, dedicated to providing customers with the best products and vending services.
We’re now looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide a first-class service to both our internal and external customers.
Whilst handling incoming calls and taking ownership of the problem from the moment the call is logged right through to the call been complete, you will contact our existing customers to sell our full range of consumable products and manage the sales process from taking orders to customers receiving the goods.
We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, so we ask that candidates have a friendly yet professional telephone manner and previous experience of a customer service role. Pro-active and self-motivated, you will have good organisation and administrative skills and be comfortable working as part of a team. A background in Marketing would be a distinct advantage, however this is by no means essential.
