Your next role

Their Bookkeepers are responsible for a wide range of clients, spanning the entertainment, media and film industries, through to local businesses and entrepreneurs.  They are a collaborative and helpful team, willing to assist to ensure deadlines are met and clients are delighted with the service they offer.  The firm ensures that each team member is regularly reviewed, supported and rewarded.  Development is always encouraged, which is why they have an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper.  This role is ideal for you if you are currently within an accountancy practice with one to two years’ experience and you’re looking for progression.

You’ll provide a first-class service in the preparation of management accounts, reconciliations, Quarterly and Annual VAT return and Ledgers for our valued clients.  You’ll also be responding to client queries, so it’s essential you’ll be comfortable in providing full confidentiality, transparency and exceeding expectations whenever possible.

Bookkeeper – Essential Skills and Experience:

  • You will need to have a keen eye for detail, teamed with the ability to spot any inaccuracies or duplications and provide resolutions
  • Efficiency and accuracy are key as well as exceptional interpersonal skills, effective communication and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Previous bookkeeping and ledger experience
  • Strong MS office experience, particularly with Excel
  • Sage Line 50 and Quickbooks experience advantageous
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, at all levels
