About the role
You will work with a wide range of stakeholders including students, academic staff and external partners, to provide high quality administrative support to the Institute for Education. Your duties will include supporting the Heads of Initial Teacher Education to enable an effective relationship with schools and to support the growing administration requirements.
First and foremost we’ll look for strong administrative experience, a sound understanding of all Microsoft applications and evidence of the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. You’ll also need an eye for detail, an organised approach and the ability to communicate with everyone from potential students through to external agencies.
Bright, confident, flexible and resilient, you will be committed to achieving high standards, have experience of managing people, electronic data and electronic filing skills and will be an excellent communicator.
