Graphic Designer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team. We are looking for a talented and highly creative graphic designer with a strong portfolio to join a leading travel company based in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.  G Touring operates the UK's leading touring brands 'Travelsphere' and 'Just You', and is part of the G Adventures group of companies.

This role would suit a junior designer, looking to take the next step in their career. As part of our in-house design team, you will work closely with the Head of Creative and the wider design team, wowing us with your great ideas, creative flair and amazing attention to detail. You will fully immerse yourself in the design process, working on a range of design briefs across all touch points for our touring brands.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong creative vision. You won’t be afraid to challenge a brief and you will push boundaries with your ideas. 

What will you do?

• Design and prepare artwork for all company related travel business, including Direct mail, Digital, Brand development, Brochure design & layout for the G touring brand team giving a professional service to internal and external customers.

• Responsible for effectively interpreting and implementing design briefs. This includes the design of brochures and Direct mail, ensuring all marketing material is suitable for our clearly defined target audience.

• Custodian of the Brands ensuring all communications visually and tonally meet the brand guidelines and to assist the Head of Creative in the development of current brand guidelines.

• Attend meetings and create the environments for discussion and ideas exchange with internal clients and external suppliers

What you need

• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and assertive nature

• Minimum 5 years’ experience

• You will know Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office software like the back of your hand and possess some web skills too.

• You will come from a design studio environment and bring with you a portfolio of work for various household brands, (travel brands a bonus but not essential).

 This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week during the core hours of the business frim 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
