We’re building in new areas across the county and are seeking two Lettings Co-ordinators to join us on a 12 month maternity contract and promote our range of properties.

What will I be doing? 

As a Lettings Co-ordinator, you’ll help to deliver a customer-focused lettings service.  

In this varied role, you’ll carry out pre-tenancy assessments and viewings for all properties, as well as assisting with performance monitoring, to further develop our lettings service, to meet the changing needs of social housing.

Additionally, you will: 

- Help the Lettings Manager to deliver marketing initiatives to promote our properties 
- Facilitate and produce legal documentation 
- Perform a range of administrative tasks 
- Support continuous improvement initiatives 

What do I need? 

To join us as a Lettings Co-ordinator, you will need: 

- Experience of providing excellent customer-facing services 
- A good understanding of housing management functions and an understanding of legislation related to allocations and lettings, including housing benefits and welfare reform 
- Knowledge of choice-based lettings 
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle 
- The ability to attend evening and weekend meetings when required
