Are you an experienced Analog & RF Design Engineer looking for a long term career opportunity? If the answer is yes and you live in a commutable distance from Warrington then this is the job for you.
Our client who have been established for over 30 years are looking for an ambitious and knowledgeable Analog & RF Design Engineer to join their team immediately.
Key Skills & Experience Required
- You must have strong industry Analog design and verification experience with hands on practical knowledge.
- An understanding of basic RF concepts such as impedance matching, smith charts, transmission line theory, bode analysis, VNA, Inductor, Transformer Principals.
- Transistor level circuit design including DAC voltage control, amplifier and power amps.
- Ability to simulate designs using industry proven tools such as (Lt Spice, Bode Analysers, VNA, Simsmith)
- PCB layout experience, PCB assembles, wiring schedules.
- Qualified to degree level in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (unless years of experience)
- Knowledge in the Mass Spectrometry industry would be a major advantage.
- Good learning competency, self motivated and the ability to work in diverse areas.
You will be expected to have fundamental understanding of noise in Analog circuits and be able to interpret requirements to achieve system and design strategy for future products.
