Our client supplies water to 685,000 people in the London Boroughs of Sutton, Merton, and Croydon, as well as across East Surrey and parts of Kent. They are a forward thinking, innovative company that is highly regarded for their efficiency and customer service.

They are currently seeking a Customer Support Advisor to join their team based in Redhill. Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader you will provide a high level of customer service, whilst demonstrating a strong awareness and understanding of our company values at all times. Being the first point of contact for their customers you will deal with all aspects of queries to ensure support and guidance is involved in the resolution.

You will provide advice to customers about leakage, high consumption, consistency and quality of supply and process customer correspondence and enquiries to include; cheques, direct debits, home moves, whilst maintaining customer account data including recover controls. This is a very diverse role which ranges from all aspects of customer contact relating to operational issues.

Their ideal candidate will be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft office programs and have previously worked in an office environment. Previous experience of producing reports, correspondence, inputting and updating data is essential. Ideally, you will have 5 GCSE at grade C or above. If you are a team player, have excellent organisation skills and has the ability to work flexibly then this could be the role for you.
