DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE OF COMPLIANCE WITHIN AN FCA REGULATED ENVIRONMENT?
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on behalf of a reputable insurance company based near West Malling. Your role will be focused on supporting their Compliance Officer in the delivery of the compliance plan and will also focus on meeting FCA regulatory requirements. This is to ensure that operational processes and procedures treat customers fairly consistent with policies and regulatory requirements and are also in line with the businesses established Regulatory Compliance guidelines.
Who we`re looking for:
The successful candidate will have Compliance experience, will have the ability to remain calm under pressure, to build strong working relationships and experience should include understanding of testing, auditing, reporting and resolution of remedial action points.
