We’re now looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our team in Redruth.

What will I be doing? 

As a Lettings Administrator, you will support our letting service and aim to maximise revenue for our company. 

Supporting the Lettings Team regarding new developments and relets, you will co-ordinate all the elements of tenancies from appointments and pre-tenancy interviews through to existing customer support. 

Additionally, you will: 

- Take minutes at Lettings Team meetings 
- Track pending void and new let properties 
- Collate and prepare reports for council purposes 
- Help to develop services to meet changing customer needs 
- Support and produce legal documentation for new customer sign-ups 

What do I need? 

To be considered as a Lettings Administrator, you will need: 

- Previous administrative experience 
- Excellent customer service experience 
- Excellent IT and communication skills 
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle 

This is the ideal role for someone who has held the role of Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Co-ordinator, Receptionist, Secretary, Customer Care Administrator, or Customer Support Administrator.
