Description
Contractor Payment Administrator

Working as a member of a fast paced and growing Finance Department, reporting to the Contractor Payment Team Leader, the role would include:
* Entry of contractor timesheets onto the Pay and Bill system
* Matching of timesheets to Limited company contractor purchase invoices
* The processing of payments to UK and International Limited company contractors across multiple currencies
* Supplier Statement Reconciliations
* Dealing with payment related queries
* Issue communications and generating reports

Working as a Contractor Payments Administrator you will need to demonstrate:
* Ability to work accurately
* Ability to work independently and as part of a Team to prioritise workload accordingly
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A good understanding of Word, Excel and outlook
* Exposure to purchase ledger or payment processing experience is advantageous but not a necessity
* In any event full training and guidance will be provided and would suit any individual who has experience of working in a Finance Department or anyone who wishes to pursue a career in Finance.
