Receptionist

Do you have receptionist experience? Do you like meeting new people? Are you great with customers? Then this is the job for you!

My client is looking for a temporary Receptionist to cover 6 weeks in Cambridge for £9 per hour!

You will have excellent telephone manner, always reliable, courteous and smartly presented in a busy working environment.

The duties you would be doing are:

You will be meeting and greeting customers as they enter
You will be dealing with incoming calls in a professional manner, typing correspondence, dealing with email enquiries, refreshments and replenishing stock.
You will be processing general administration duties for the team such as booking meeting rooms, arranging taxis or couriers.
Smartly presented ( black trousers or skirt, white shirt )


This is from Monday-Friday from 8-5 shift.
