Our client - a national Property company specialising in the Retirement Property Sector are recruiting for a field-based Property Sales Consultant based in Essex.
As the Property Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing a portfolio of properties within your geographical area
- Selling and negotiating on properties
- Liaising with potential clients who are seeking a new retirement property
- Growing business
In return you will be given a good basic salary, bonus, car and benefits.
It is essential that you are driven and proactive, have a proven track record in valuations of properties and building new business, good local knowledge and a driving licence.

A Retirement Property background would be extremely advantageous but not essential.
