COMPANY
A leading recruiter for the creative / media / ecommerce industry with both a UK and international client base has an immediate need for a Delivery Recruiter to join the team.

ROLE
The team cover a number of exclusive clients within these sector in both the UK and overseas, predominantly permanent positions, but also interim and temporary too. The successful applicants will be tasked to source and secure a number of placements per month from GBP20k junior level roles to GBP80-100k senior appointments.
You will do this through a number of channels; advertising, networking, using job boards, developing relationships and headhunting are all mediums available to you to find high calibre candidates and key players within the industry. You will be a key contact for the candidate and be confident meeting and briefing them on a variety of different roles. The work is varied and some roles will be of a technical nature, so the ability to read a job description and pick out the key points is imperative.

PERSON
All recruitment sector backgrounds will be considered but a genuine interest in the creative industry is essential. This role would typically suit someone in their first recruitment role who enjoys a fast paced and energetic environment but maybe would prefer a move away from the business development. Alternatively you may be in a research / resourcing role already but have a desire to challenge yourself in a new and creative market.
You will be communicating on a daily basis with mid to senior level professionals so should be confident and articulate on the telephone. You should be comfortable working on numerous assignments at any given time and be able to prioritise your workload accordingly.

PACKAGE
Your basic salary is dependent on experience but you can expect to earn GBP19-21k basic salary with ote taking the role to mid to possibly late GBP20's in year one. In addition to this, there is a great benefits package with lots of perks!
