Due to growth we have a new vacancy for a resourcer to join our Bradford UK Branch of Brook Street. You'll be supporting a busy team of recruitment consultants, supporting their candidate sourcing, compliance and administrative tasks.
This is a very organisational role, a day in your new job will include:
Resourcing candidates: Screening through CVs from direct advertisements, searching for CVs on job boards, contacting candidates, telephone screening and booking registrations
Candidate attraction: Writing adverts, making regular calls to existing candidates keeping up to date with their job search
Administration: Keeping the database up to date, sending and chasing up references, compliance administration, completing weekly payroll for candidates, including time-sheets and holiday pay
Assisting with holiday and pay queries
This is a very varied and busy role; we're looking for someone with excellent organisation skills! You'll also need lots of positive energy and be passionate about developing relationships with candidates.
We're also looking for excellent attention to detail, experience with Outlook, Excel and Word, with speedy administrative skills.
You'll also need to be able to prioritise your own workload and thrive in a busy, sometimes pressurised environment.
In return you'll receive:
A salary of £17,000 - £18,000 dependent on experience
