Up to GBP30k per annum + Benefits
Badenoch & Clark are looking an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing business based in Birmingham. This is a progressive role with a key focus on employee relations within a fast paced setting.
The role:
•Providing operational HR advice and support to all employees.
•Dealing with grievances and sickness / absence reviews.
•Handling absence management queries.
•Providing face to face and over the phone HR advice for various HR queries ranging from disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance management.
•Using advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups) to manipulate data and generate reports for senior management team.
•Dealing with exit interviews and recruitment compliance.
What we are looking for?
•Previous experience in an HR Advisory role.
•Must have excellent MS Excel skills .
•Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
•Previous experience working within a fast paced distribution or contact centre environment would be an advantage.
•Experienced in dealing with ER cases.
