Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join their proactive team in their centrally located Cheltenham office. You will be utilising your experience as a graduate along with your experience in dealing with incoming phone queries and assisting as best as possible.
You will be confident working in a varied and fast paced environment and thrive on assisting customers with their queries and solving problems. Dealing with calls and emails from customers and organisations worldwide, you will offer advice and answer queries, providing solutions and assistance where possible. You will log enquiries onto the in-house database and ensure that all queries are dealt with within the expected time frames. Your role will also involve general administrative duties as required from your colleagues and wider team. There will also be the opportunity to represent the company at occasional external events across the UK.
