Graduate Sales Executive - Construction Equipment

The Role: You will join an 18-month graduate sales training programme where you will be mentored to become a client facing Account Manager. Initially based in the office you will deal with existing customers in the construction sector dealing with site managers, project managers and buyers. As you gain experience you will accompany senior sales professionals on face to face meetings to present solutions and quote for business. You will be supported every step of the way with formal classroom training and on the job mentoring with your regional manager.
