- Situated within an established and successful HR/Recruitment Team
- Building and maintaining strong key candidate relationships
- Work closely with the HR Manager and Line Managers to attract and retain the best talent in the market
In addition to having a passion for recruitment and HR, the ideal candidate will have a track record of delivering successful recruitment methods as well a working within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- To increase the volume of direct recruitment using a variety of attraction and sourcing techniques
- To conduct, arrange and actively participate in various stages of the selection process
- To balance a low "Time To Hire" with a strong focus on environment fit, retention and quality
- To build strong relationships with the agency partners, sourcing candidates at the right cost
- To build strong relationships with internal teams, liaising with line managers around their recruitment needs and providing advice and support throughout the process
- To further develop our use of in-house recruitment systems and documentation
- To further develop our Employer Brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
- To manage candidates from sourcing through to on-boarding, arranging induction activities and supporting 'Time to Competent'.
- To support in other HR activities where required
Candidate Requirements
- Experience within a similar role - either agency or in house recruitment
- Sourcing and advertising
- Ideally experience within a white collar/sales environment
- Interviewing and evaluating
- Negotiation
- Social media, IT proficiency and digital skills
- CRM Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task
- Stakeholder management of various levels and styles
- Brand ambassador
- Digitally inclined
- Integrity and humility
- Passion and optimism
- Team player and collaborative
- Hands on and results driven
