A worldwide managing agent are in need of an experienced Building Manager to manage the day to day operation of a large industrial park.
The Building Manager will be responsible for overseeing a large business based industrial park, ensuring a high standard is maintained throughout. The key responsibilities will include:
* Preserving fundamental relationships with existing clients and establishing new ones.
* Overseeing and managing major works projects on site.
* Regular inspections and audits on site.
* Service charge responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in facilities management of single site or a portfolio of commercial properties.
* A knowledge of the technical aspect of site management.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
The benefits of the role include the opportunity to join an ever-expanding team with an excellent contingency. The salary of the role is circa GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 based on experience
