Sales Operations Manager

A contemporary furniture company located in North East London is looking to hire a Sales Operations Manager to join their growing team. The company design and manufacture furniture, lighting and interior accessories for the hotel and hospitality sector as well as supply to interior designers for residential projects. They have experienced huge success within their sector over recent years and now need to hire a Sales Operations Manager to work alongside the Director.

The role will involve increasing sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, CRM analysis, email prospecting and content enablement software. The role will manage the small sales team ensuring that they are hitting targets and providing an excellent service to clients.

The role is responsible for collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure delivery against quarterly and annual targets, as well as leading production of responses to all customer enquiries, orders, delivery arrangement as well as customer services . This includes responsibility for growing and managing the new business pipeline, forecasting and reporting.

The Sales Operations Manager is also responsible for monitoring potential sources of new business opportunities and assigning these to the sales team.

The Manager will work with the marketing team to ensure the sales team has the tools and content needed to communicate effectively with potential customers.

This role requires a candidate with a strong combination of operations and sales based experience. Candidates will need to come from the furniture design and manufacturing industry. The role is offered on a Monday to Friday basis.
